AI Interactive & Smart Device Data includes audio and text inputs necessary to enable our products' AI functionalities. This includes short-term voice inputs for voice-activated features and interaction histories. This data is processed strictly to generate real-time AI responses and improve interaction quality, and is never used for child profiling or marketing.
Derivative & Technical Data includes information our servers automatically collect when you access the website or connect our smart toys to the internet, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device hardware specifications, firmware version, and app usage statistics.
Financial Data includes payment details securely handled by our third-party payment processors when you purchase products or digital service subscriptions. We do not store full financial data on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide a smooth, customized, and intelligent experience.
We use collected information to create, manage, and secure your parental control account and verified user profiles; process product orders, shipments, and transaction updates; deliver, maintain, and optimize real-time AI interactive responses and smart toy behavior; monitor product performance and notify you of firmware updates, safety notices, and website changes; prevent fraud; secure our digital ecosystem; and comply with Dutch tax and legal obligations.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your or your children's data. We may share information only in specific situations.
By Law: We may disclose information where required to comply with legal obligations, regulatory requests, or Dutch judicial proceedings.
Trusted Third-Party Providers: We may share data with vendors performing services on our behalf, such as secure cloud-based AI processing engines, data hosting, payment processing, and logistics, under strict confidentiality and data processing agreements (DPAs).

8. Children's Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
Our AI toys and models are designed for a family audience. We take children's privacy very seriously and strictly comply with the GDPR children's privacy provisions, and COPPA for US-based users.
Account creation, online purchases, and internet-connectivity configurations within our companion apps must be performed by a parent or legal guardian.
In accordance with Dutch law, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.
